Floorplans
We offer two different methods for generating floorplans according to your needs.
360 Tour Generated
One method is to generate the flooplan based on a 360 Tour. With this floorplan there are no room dimensions or measurements included. These floorplans are not to scale and are for illustration purposes only. Floorplans are normally ready within 24 hours of the completed 360 Tour.
All floorplans can be made completely interactive with the 360 Tour. Floorplans can be viewed in 360 Tours by clicking on a floorplan icon in the lower/left corner of the tour.
Lidar Generated
Using Lidar technology, the entire house is scanned and an accurate floorplan is generated, including room dimensions and square footage. Floorplans are available as 2D floorplans in color or black and white, 3-D, and Dollhouse, and are normally ready within 24 hours.

LIDAR Scanner Generated
A floorplan may also be requested without a 360 Tour. All floors of the house are scanned using a LIDAR app and are accurate within 1% and meet the ANSI Z765 standard. Floorplans created this way can be 2-D or 3-D, in color or black and white and include the area and room dimensions. They also include fixed furniture, windows, doorways. bathrooms, and ovens. If this floorplan is chosen for a 360 Tour, then it can also be made interactive with the tour. Floorplans are normally ready within 24 hours.
