Licensing and Copyright Information

Photographs/images produced by JMAUROPHOTO, LLC (“Licensor”) are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved), are owned and copyrighted by JMAUROPHOTO, LLC and are licensed for only to the original client and their agents specifically for the purpose of marketing the home or product in print and on-line publications.

Client is hereby granted an unlimited use-license to reproduce, distribute and publicly display the Works described below in perpetuity. Client’s license to reproduce, distribute or publicly display these works does not include the ability to license or sell the images to any third parties. Photographs may not be resold, transferred, or redistributed to any third party, including without the express permission of JMAUROPHOTO.

JMAUROPHOTO, LLC retains copyrights to all images. Licensor also retains all rights not expressly granted in this agreement, including its right to use images for promotional and advertising purposes unless stated otherwise. Licensor will not use images for any commercial purposes or sell images to any third party.

Transfer of copyright for specific images or sets thereof will be subject to additional fees as agreed on by both parties and accompanied by an addendum to the contract (“Copyright Transfer”).

Use of any photography originated and provided by JMAUROPHOTO, LLC is acknowledgment that you agree with, and will abide to these licensing terms.
