Downloading photos from the photo gallery

Once in your photo gallery follow these instructions to download your photos

1. Click the SELECT PHOTOS button, located at the top/right area just above your photos
2. Select each photo you would like by click on each one (you’ll see a check mark in the bottom/left corner of each selected photo)
3. Alternatively, you can download the entire gallery by clicking "Select: All" found on the top/left side just about the photos
4. Click on the Download button (top/right)
5. A window will open saying “Download your zipped photos”
6. Click on the highlighted link. It will look something like this: ”name_name_web_01.zip”
7. A new window will open requesting your password. Enter the password provided to you.

Another window will open asking you to save your photos. Choose "Save" or "Save As."

If you choose "Save," your photos will be saved in a .zip folder located in the downloads folder of your PC or Mac.

If you choose "Save As," you are able to choose where you photos are located, to your desktop for example.

Extracting, or "unzipping" your photos

Once your zip folder is downloaded You will have to unzip it to get the photos. To unzip it, right click on the folder and select “Extract All…”

A new folder will be created with the photos inside it. Photos will be in the JPEG format.

Downloading the entire gallery

If you choose to download the entire gallery, depending on the number of photos, you should choose the option to request a download link by entering your e-mail address and selecting request. This is done instead of clicking on the link (step 6 above). You’ll still have to enter your password, and in a few minutes you’ll get an e-mail with the download link, and you’ll have to extract the photos from the zip folder by following the extracting instructions as above.
